Digital Pushpa Academy (“the Academy”, “we”, “us”) is run by Digital Pushpa Services, a proprietorship owned by Pushpa Saxena. By registering or paying for any Academy course, you (“the participant”) agree to these terms.
1. Who the course is for
The Digital Marketing & AI course is designed for and open to women aged 18 and above who run a business or are starting one. We may decline or cancel a registration that doesn’t meet this, and refund any amount paid in that case.
2. Fees and payment
- Regular fee: ₹12,000. Founding batch fee: ₹6,000, for the first 10 participants only.
- You can book your seat by paying ₹3,000 and pay the balance of ₹3,000 by the due date we give you. Or you can pay the full fee at once and get 10% off (₹5,400).
- All fees include GST. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
- Your seat is confirmed only when the full fee is paid. If the balance isn’t paid by the due date, your seat may be offered to someone else. In that case, your booking amount can be moved once to the next batch, at the Academy’s discretion.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
3. No refunds; seat transfer
- All fees, including the booking amount, are non-refundable once paid.
- If you can’t continue the course for any reason, you may transfer your seat once:
- to another eligible woman entrepreneur in the same batch, up to the end of Session 3. She can use recordings to catch up and must complete the missed assignments to be eligible for the Certificate of Completion; or
- to yourself in the next batch, continuing from where you left off.
- Transfer requests must be sent in writing (WhatsApp or email) with the new participant’s name and contact details. Fees are never split or partly refunded.
- If the Academy cancels a batch before it starts, you will get a full refund or a seat in the next batch, as you prefer.
4. Course schedule and format
- The course has 8 live online sessions, held once a week (usually on Google Meet), followed by an online graduation session.
- Dates and timings are shared on registration. We may reschedule a session for a genuine reason, with as much notice as possible.
- If you miss a session, a recording will be available for the duration of the course.
- The graduation date will be announced during the course. Certificates are shared digitally.
5. What you need
- A smartphone, a stable internet connection, and the free apps and accounts shared in Week 1.
- Your own budget for any ad spend (we recommend ₹1,500–2,000 for the Week 7 ad test) and for any paid tool you choose to use. These costs are not part of the course fee.
6. Certificates
- Certificate of Completion: attend at least 6 of 8 live sessions (one missed session can be covered by watching its recording), submit at least 7 of 8 assignments, and present your 90-day plan at graduation.
- Certificate of Participation: attend at least 4 sessions without meeting all the completion criteria.
- Certificates confirm that you completed the course. They are not a government or university qualification.
7. No guarantee of results
The course teaches digital marketing skills and gives you practical guidance. Results such as followers, enquiries, orders or sales depend on many things outside our control, including your product, pricing, effort, market and the platforms’ own systems. We do not guarantee any specific business result.
8. Third-party platforms
The course uses platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google and various AI tools. Your use of them is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms, their fees, ad rejections, or any restriction placed on your accounts.
9. Course material and recordings
- All course material, including recordings, templates, slides and prompt libraries, belongs to Digital Pushpa Academy.
- They are for your personal use in your own business. You may not share, sell, re-record or teach from them without written permission.
- Sessions are recorded. By joining, you agree that your voice, video and chat may appear in recordings shared only with your batch.
10. Conduct and community
- Please be respectful in sessions and in the course WhatsApp group. No spam, selling to other participants without permission, or abusive behaviour.
- We may remove a participant for serious or repeated misconduct, without a refund.
11. Privacy and use of your work
- We use your details only to run the course and to contact you about it and future Academy programmes. We never sell your data.
- We will showcase your assignments, results, testimonials or photos (including from graduation) only with your permission.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your payment applies to your batch.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
